1. Delivery Timeframe

• Dhaka & Chattogram: Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days.
• Other locations in Bangladesh: Orders are delivered within 7 working days.
• Delivery timelines are based on normal conditions. In case of bad weather, unavoidable delays, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take longer. We kindly ask for your patience and consideration in such cases.

2. Delivery Charges & Responsibilities

• If a customer places an order but refuses to receive it upon delivery, the customer must pay the return delivery charge.
• If a wrong shipping address is provided by the customer and the order is already dispatched, the customer will be responsible for both the original delivery charge and the additional re-delivery charge (to the corrected address).
