• If a wrong shipping address is provided, the customer will bear the responsibility for any additional delivery charges.

• Dhaka & Chattogram: 2–3 working days.
• Other locations in Bangladesh: Up to 7 working days.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we request your kind consideration.
• If a customer refuses to accept an order upon delivery, the return delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and intact in original packaging, with the original invoice/receipt.
• We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
• If the product is found faulty or damaged during shipment, it must be reported immediately at the time of delivery in front of the delivery personnel. After verification, we may accept the exchange request.
