1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be completely unopened, unused, and intact in its original packaging.
- The original invoice/receipt must be presented with the product.
- We do not offer refunds; only exchanges are allowed.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
- If your product is found to be damaged or faulty during shipment, you must check and confirm the issue at the time of delivery in front of the delivery personnel.
- After confirmation, our team will verify the product’s condition and decide whether the exchange request will be accepted.
- Claims made after the delivery is accepted cannot be considered.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
